2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via mihayo.services@outlook.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the electric dirt bik must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

Looking for an electric dirt bike that looks cool, feels fast, and won’t completely empty your wallet? The MIHAYO REX 60 is honestly a solid pick. It’s got strong acceleration, a smooth ride, and enough power to make trails, street cruising, and wheelies actually fun. For a bike in this price range, the performance is surprisingly good—it gives a lot of riders that Sur-Ron feeling without the crazy price tag.
Great bike fast and last very long
To be honest, I really like its design and features—it performs well in every respect, and I haven’t run into any major issues. Given the price, it’s a great deal. That said, the assembly instructions lack clarity on a few minor details. I consulted several assembly tutorials, but they all overlooked some nuances—for instance, the brakes feel a bit too tight (though I suspect this might just be the factory setting, as none of the videos mentioned how to adjust them).
I took this bike out to film a video right after it arrived. It’s so sick! Just look at how stunning it looks.
Riding this bike has been awesome so far! Putting it together took me about an hour and a half. Really glad the manufacturer included the torque specs where needed. I did notice a few spokes needed tightening, especially on the front wheel. I’d say keep some extra tools handy and just plan on checking and tightening things now and then to keep the bike running smoothly.
This thing is an absolute blast! It handles with such ease; hitting 30 mph (approx. 48 km/h) is no problem at all—I’ve even managed to reach 50 mph (approx. 80 km/h).
I’m writing this review after putting about 100 miles on it, and I’ve only had to charge it twice so far.
On a single charge, it easily covers 40 miles (approx. 64 km).
The assembly process was a breeze—and keep in mind, I’d never assembled an off-road motorcycle like this before.
It’s also great fun for the kids: in "Mode 1," the speed is kept gentle—perfect for beginners—with an average of 15 mph and smooth, controlled acceleration. "Mode 2" offers moderate acceleration, averaging around 30 mph. As for "Mode 3," the moment you twist the throttle, the front wheel will lift right off the ground—whether you intended it to or not! Plus, the power response in "Mode 3" is incredibly sharp and snappy. The headlight and taillight are excellent and very bright.

I’ve been enjoying my MIHAYO REX 60! It’s a tall, nice-looking electric dirt bike with plenty of speed, and it’s very comfortable to ride. Overall, it’s a solid bike and a lot of fun. I’d highly recommend it for beginner riders who are comfortable with the seat height and take their time getting used to the power!

Love this bike! When I first bought it I almost fell off the seat because of the torque I was not expecting all that! Very powerful bike. For the price, you honestly can’t beat this. I also really like the display. Most e-bikes it’s hard to see the display when it’s bright out, but I can see this one just fine. Amazing quality! Also plenty range. I’ve rode to school and back and haven’t dropped a single bar. Also much bigger than I thought, it’s basically a full sized bike. The videos don’t do this bike justice! 10/10

Super impressed with this electric off-road bike. Top speed is legit, climbing power is crazy, and the battery lasts longer than I expected on mixed trails.
This is so far the best bike for under 2k. It’s very few e bikes that have speakers connected to the battery. And it climbs on almost anything I’m suprised it doesn’t cost more but hey who am I to complain. This is like a yozma in ten pro but on steroids and cheaper and I also heard their releasing a black one that’s even better and I’ll for sure be getting it.
Arrived with a small scratch on the fender, but customer service helped fast. Bike itself is a rocket, sound is solid.
