2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via mihayomotos@outlook.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the electric dirt bik must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

This is so far the best bike for under 2k. It’s very few e bikes that have speakers connected to the battery. And it climbs on almost anything I’m suprised it doesn’t cost more but hey who am I to complain. This is like a yozma in ten pro but on steroids and cheaper and I also heard their releasing a black one that’s even better and I’ll for sure be getting it.
Arrived with a small scratch on the fender, but customer service helped fast. Bike itself is a rocket, sound is solid.
The power cuts off the second you pull the brake lever. Makes 50mph feel way less sketchy. Rear shock takes jumps like butter.
Overall, the bike looks great and I’m excited to ride it. However, the package arrived badly damaged. I understand this was likely caused by FedEx during shipping, but receiving a $1,449 bike in a torn and damaged box was disappointing. I hope the packaging can be improved to better protect the product during delivery.

Shipping was surprisingly fast! Order arrived in 4 days and the box was completely undamaged. Setup took about 20 minutes with the basic tools provided. Bike runs super smooth right out of the box.

Frame and plastics look copy-pasted from the same factory lol, but the extra features make up for it. The speaker is awesome for group rides and the seat padding is actually comfortable.
